Welcome to SprintiQ, an AI-native agile planning and story generation platform operated by SprintiQ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using SprintiQ, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.


These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, including mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions in Section 14.

SprintiQ is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • AI-Native user story generation using Claude AI technology
  • Intelligent backlog prioritization and management
  • Sprint planning and capacity management tools
  • Story dependency visualization and management
  • Integration with third-party project management platforms
  • Analytics and reporting capabilities

2.2 AI-Native Features

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to:

  • Generate user stories based on project requirements
  • Suggest story prioritization based on configurable criteria
  • Estimate story points and complexity
  • Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies
  • Recommend sprint compositions and capacity allocation

2.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons, providing reasonable notice when possible.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use SprintiQ, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access most features of the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.3 Business and Team Accounts

  • Team administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions
  • Business accounts may have additional terms and requirements
  • Account administrators must ensure all team members comply with these Terms

  • 5 personas per month
  • 5 roles per month
  • Up to 5 team members
  • Up to 3 projects
  • Up to 10 sprints per month
  • Standard integrations with project management platforms
  • Email support

Professional Tier — $79/user/month

  • 500 AI-generated stories per month
  • 15 personas per month
  • 10 roles per month
  • Up to 20 team members
  • Up to 10 projects
  • Unlimited sprints
  • Advanced AI features with hybrid routing
  • Full bi-directional integrations
  • Priority support
  • Advanced analytics and reporting

Enterprise Tier — Custom Pricing

  • Custom usage limits
  • Unlimited team members and projects
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Dedicated support and account management
  • Custom integrations and API access
  • Enterprise security and compliance features
  • Volume licensing and custom terms

4.2 Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a free trial period
  • Trial duration and features are specified at the time of registration
  • No credit card is required to start a free trial
  • Upon trial expiration, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service

4.3 Billing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Annual subscriptions may receive a discount as specified at checkout
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • Price changes do not affect current subscription periods

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription. We will collect taxes where required by law.

You may use SprintiQ for:

  • Creating and managing user stories for software development projects
  • Sprint planning and agile project management
  • Team collaboration and project organization
  • Business purposes consistent with the Service's intended functionality

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the Service to develop competing products
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5.3 Content Standards

All content you submit must:

  • Be accurate and not misleading
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not include confidential information of third parties without authorization

SprintiQ and all related technology, software, content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. This includes:

  • The SprintiQ platform, software, and algorithms
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding materials
  • AI models, training data, and generated outputs
  • Documentation, tutorials, and support materials
  • All improvements and derivative works

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("User Content"), including:

  • Project information and requirements
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Custom templates and configurations
  • Team and organizational data

6.3 License Grants

To You: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SprintiQ during your subscription period, subject to these Terms.


To Us: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your User Content to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-Native recommendations and insights
  • Create aggregated and anonymized analytics
  • Ensure platform security and compliance

6.4 AI-Generated Content

  • Stories and content generated by our AI features are provided for your use
  • You may edit, modify, and use AI-generated content for your projects
  • We do not claim ownership of specific AI outputs created for your account
  • AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties

7.2 Third-Party Terms

  • Your use of integrated platforms is subject to their respective terms of service
  • We are not responsible for third-party platform availability or functionality
  • Integration features may change based on third-party API modifications
  • You must have valid accounts and permissions for integrated platforms

7.3 Integration Features

Integration capabilities vary by subscription tier:

  • Starter: Basic export functionality to supported platforms
  • Professional: Full bi-directional sync with real-time status monitoring, field mapping customization, and bulk operations
  • Enterprise: Custom integrations, dedicated API access, and enterprise platform support

  • AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free

  • AI suggestions are advisory and should not replace professional judgment
  • We continuously improve AI models but cannot eliminate all errors

10.3 Backward Compatibility

  • No refunds are provided for unused subscription time

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Pose a security risk to our platform or other users
  • Use the Service in ways that harm our business or reputation

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
  • ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

12.2 AI and Content Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies
  • We do not warrant the quality or suitability of AI outputs for any purpose
  • Users should review and validate all generated content
  • AI recommendations are advisory and not professional advice

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME
  • THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS OR ACTIONS
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT

13.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13.3 Exceptions

These limitations do not apply to:

  • Gross negligence or willful misconduct
  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law
  • Our indemnification obligations under these Terms

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SprintiQ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content or data
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Your negligent or wrongful conduct

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with our support team at support@sprintiq.ai.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as specified below.


Arbitration Rules:

  • Arbitration will be conducted by an arbitration organization of our choice
  • The arbitration will be held in Missouri or conducted remotely
  • The arbitration will be conducted in English
  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, COLLECTIVE ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

15.4 Exceptions

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

  • Disputes in small claims court within jurisdictional limits
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Injunctive relief requests
  • Disputes that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SprintiQ regarding the Service.

17.2 Modification

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to be enforceable while preserving its original intent.

17.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

17.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.

17.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

17.7 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after these Terms end, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
